The Sweden building is a building built in 2005 for office use that is located in the Parque Tecnológico de la Isla de la Cartuja (Seville). It is a free-standing building, with excellent natural lighting, and trapezoidal-shaped architecture that makes it a unique building.
It has a built area for offices of 3,125 m2 above ground, distributed on the ground floor + 2, in addition to another semi-basement floor with capacity for 62 vehicles and storage rooms. Each floor is in turn divided into four independent office modules (with two restrooms each), allowing great flexibility in terms of the space needs of each company. It also has a tower under the roof adapted as an archive with an additional 550 m2.
With regard to its location and communications, its easy and quick access to the SE-30 ring road and exit to the Seville-Huelva motorway make the building a strategic location. Also equipped with good access by public transport, due to its proximity to the Renfe commuter train station and the bus stop for lines C1 and C2. Framed in an urban park, a few minutes walk from the historic center of Seville, and less than 15 minutes by car from both the airport and the Santa Justa train station.
At the level of facilities, the building is equipped with high performance, highlighting among other elements: VRV system air conditioning, independent electrical panels by modules, voice and data wiring, technical floor, accessible ceilings and photovoltaic panels on the roof, which allow significant savings in energy consumption. We are currently in the process of obtaining the Breeam sustainability certificate.
